PowerShell 2.0 for Windows XP and 2003

At last!

Microsoft released Windows Management Framework for
Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista and
Windows Server 2008.

This means that we get Windows PowerShell 2.0 for Windows XP
and Windows Server 2003 too.
