I’m working on a new tool for the PKI ToolBox.
The work name are ClearText tool and hopefully will
the first public version see the light tonight 
This tool will have to separate functions/tools.
First of all you can write or paste some text/code etc
into the textbox and then encode/decode it and copy it or
save it to a file.
Simple and nice!
And the other tool are a graphic file decode/encoder.
Input and Output file.
We are using certutil for this.
