a Microsoft technical evangelist for eight years, and he has
experience as a writer and a public speaker, delivering technical
content to audiences ranging in size from small groups to thousands.

Communications with Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007
(Microsoft Press, 2009). Prior to joining Microsoft, Chris served as
